Gili founded the company in 2009 and has since served as its acting CEO.
He gained extensive experience in strategic IT processes in enterprise organizations; Delivers lectures at conferences in Israel and around the world; And believes in open communication and in combining your personal passion with your career
Mr. Regev holds an MBA in management with specialization high-tech companies from the College of Management, and a BSc in Industry and Management from the Ben-Gurion University, both with honors.

Director of Sales

Yamit leads the company’s sales and outsourcing services, and is a member of the board of directors.
She oversees the planning and management of the company’s sales strategy, and she manages all sales processes with our customers in the IT industry and enterprise organizations. Ms. Vaalani has gained vast experience of over 15 years in sales and marketing positions. Previously served as director of sales and marketing at STKI. Holds a bachelor’s degree (BA) in business administration.

Human Resources Manager

Maya leads the company’s HR and recruitment department, and serves as a member of the board.
She oversees the strategy planning, recruitment and benefits, evaluation and empowerment of employees, training, and executive development and mentoring. Ms. Blanc holds a master’s degree (MA) in organizational consulting and development from Bar-Ilan University and an integrated bachelor’s degree (BA) from the Tel Aviv University Department of Philosophy and the Multidisciplinary Program.

Director of Finance

Tzafrir has been managing Proceed’s finance and serving as board member since 2017. He gained 10 years of extensive experience in finance, project management and characterization of finance systems. Previously served as budgeting and control manager at HMS’s parent company, Halperin Consultants. Mr. Ben Yosef holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration, and a diploma in analysis and design of information systems.

Head of Consulting Services

Amitai leads the field of consulting services and serves as a board member.
He is an expert in project and program management in global companies. Mr. Cohen gained over 25 years of experience in global companies from all sectors. He delivers lectures about the management of technological projects in public organizations, government agencies, business firms, Ben-Gurion University’s Faculty of Engineering, the Air Force’s pilot course, the Israeli Center for Management and more. Amitai holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, a degree in Business Administration and has graduated MIT’s Executive Program.
