PROCEED, a leading consulting  company in Israel is looking for an Outsourcing Manager.

What you’ll do-

  • End-to-end business process management: Building a sales strategy and adopting an annual work plan, defining and managing KPIs while achieving business objectives.
  • Working in a constantly changing environment that provides multiple solutions to its customers in the dynamic market of managed services.
  • Identifying opportunities to secure new leads and jobs by establishing old and new relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Managing direct business relations with the company’s customers.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts to broaden the scope of services offered to existing clients.
  • The work includes dealing with many interfaces: recruitment staff, client managers, clients, candidates and more

  • Proven knowledge of the IT world, especially in the PMO / Project Management world- significant advantage
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager.
  • Existing connections in the high-tech industry as well as having a high ability to create new connections
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Flexibility and proven ability to juggle multiple various tasks, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with project methodology and management, PMO processes (e.g., scheduling, budget management).
